These fees and/or taxes will not be collected by us but by your local customs authority. Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country. We recommend to get in touch with your local authority regarding further information before placing an order.

Responsibility mark for shipments to Switzerland
We also welcome customers from Switzerland. When it comes to orders with a Swiss delivery address, we properly take care of the customs declaration and ship via FedEx International Express (delivery with 1 - 2 business days). Moreover, our responsibility mark - which is required for importing into Switzerland - is registered at the Central Office for Precious Metals Control in Berne. The respective piece is stamped with our mark. Thus, we bear responsibility for the stated alloy and guarantee that the respective piece of jewelry originates from our company. Importing jewelry into Switzerland is therefore possible without any problems. Our customers may rely on a smooth processing without issues when it comes to crossing the border.
