Initially, this exquisite ring is dominated by a Colombian emerald in emerald cut. This excellent gemstone impresses not only with its rich, pure (i.e., without blue or yellow undertones) green color but also with its extraordinary brilliance, which is highly sought after in emeralds. With a size of 8.53 mm x 6.98 mm, this is a fairly substantial emerald. Emeralds of this size and quality are rare and difficult to obtain.
We have also commissioned a GRS Expertise for this gemstone, which clearly confirms its origin (Colombia) and color quality (“vivid green / Muzo”).
It’s essential to know that the color of this emerald is the finest green that can be found among Colombian emeralds. Accordingly, this emerald has received the predicate “Muzo Green” / “vivid green”. The most exquisite emeralds come from the Colombian Muzo mine – hence the name and the predicate that this emerald received during the gemological examination. This means its color is equal to that of the finest emeralds from the Muzo mine.
This emerald is highlighted by a beautiful diamond arrangement: Directly adjacent to the emerald, on each side, is a heart-cut diamond (0.23 ct.). They lend the stately ring a touch of feminine elegance.
The arrangement is framed by smaller brilliant-cut diamonds that provide additional brilliance.
The ring shank is solid, with a width of 4 to 3 mm.
