In die Mitte des Anhängers sind zunächst vier große Diamanten eng aneinander gesetzt: makelloser Smaragd Schliff (Emerald-Cut), 1,23 ct. TW+ IF (Feines Weiß / Lupenrein)
Jeder Diamant hat hier also über 0,30 Karat.
In die Mitte dieser vier Diamanten ist jeweils ein weiterer kleiner Brillant gesetzt.
Ein wenig tiefer sind nun außen zehn feinste große VVS-Brillanten gesetzt. Auch hier handelt es sich um eine makellose Fasserarbeit, da die Oberfläche rundum absolut glatt, ebenmäßig und frei von rauen oder gar scharfen Stellen ist.
Weiterhin sind rechts und links in die äußere Einfassung zwei weitere feinste Diamanten gesetzt, diese nun in makellosem Baguette-Schliff (0,30 ct. TW+ VVS).
Darüber ist die massive Weissgold 750/000 Öse angebracht. Diese ist nun von oben nach unten schmaler werdend doppelreihig ebenso mit acht feinsten Brillanten ausgefasst.
