Oben, vor den rückwärtigen Verschlüssen, befinden sich zwei Weißgold-Tropfen, die komplett mit Brillanten ausgefasst sind.
Verbunden durch voll bewegliche Brillantenketten sind darunter wiederum zwei große/dicke Tropfen angebracht, die ebenso mit Brillanten ausgefasst sind.
Die Brillanten variieren in ihrer Größe, d.h. eine Reihe ist mit größeren Brillanten besetzt, die nächste mit kleineren, dann wieder eine Reihe größere Brillanten, et cetera. Insofern handelt es sich hier um ein wunderschönes und außergewöhnliches Design.
