Responsibility mark for shipments to Switzerland
We also welcome customers from Switzerland. When it comes to orders with a Swiss delivery address, we properly take care of the customs declaration and ship via FedEx International Express (delivery with 1 - 2 business days). Moreover, our responsibility mark - which is required for importing into Switzerland - is registered at the Central Office for Precious Metals Control in Berne. The respective piece is stamped with our mark. Thus, we bear responsibility for the stated alloy and guarantee that the respective piece of jewelry originates from our company. Importing jewelry into Switzerland is therefore possible without any problems. Our customers may rely on a smooth processing without issues when it comes to crossing the border.
