Im Mittelpunkt dieses Anhängers steht zunächst eine rund gearbeitete Fassung, die mit Diamanten ausgefasst ist. In die Mitte wurde ein Diamant im Princess-Schliff gesetzt, der wiederum von vier Diamanten im Marquise-Schliff umrahmt wird. Dabei sind alle Steine eng und ohne Krappen aneinander gesetzt (Invisible Setting) – eine aufwändige Fasserarbeit, die dazu führt, dass die Brillanz der einzelnen Diamanten noch besser zur Geltung kommt.
Diese Fassung ist nun beweglich in der Mitte eines weiteren Kreises angebracht, der einreihig mit Brillanten ausgefasst ist.
