Über die gesamte Länge dieser traumhaften Ohrgehänge sind drei Herzen, von oben nach unten größer werdend, gesetzt.
Alle drei Herzen sind außen mit Vollschliff-Brillanten umrandet. Die inneren Herzen sind mit jeweils drei Diamanten in makellosem Prinzess-Schliff herzförmig ausgefasst, wobei alle Herzen durch einzelne Vollschliff-Brillanten miteinander verbunden werden.
Die 18 mittigen Diamanten im Princess-Schliff wurden an den Seiten zusätzlich abgerundet geschliffen, damit die Steine zusammen gesetzt exakt eine Herzform bilden - eine äußerst aufwändige Schliff- und Fasserarbeit.
