Das gesamte, stattlich große Herz ist auf der Vorderseite mit kräftig kornblumen-blauen Saphiren sehr guter Qualität ausgefasst.
Die breite Öse, durch welche man Ketten/Colliers bis zu einer Stärke von ca. 6 mm x 4 mm ziehen kann, ist auf der Vorderseite mit weißen Brillanten ausgefasst.
Auch die Rückseite des Anhängers ist wunderschön gestaltet, ebenso in einem aparten Herz Design.
