Zunächst wird der Ringkopf von einem erlesenen Saphir dominiert: erstklassige, intensiv blaue Farbe, oval facettiert, makelloser Schliff, absolut transparent. Akzentuiert wird dieser Stein von Brillanten in drei Reihen, die jeweils verschieden gearbeitet sind und so ein höchst attraktives Gesamtbild ergeben.
Der Saphir wird dabei zuerst von einer Reihe kleinerer Brillanten umrahmt. Darauf folgen (etwas abgestuft) größere Brillanten, die wiederum einreihig und passgenau von kleineren Brillanten akzentuiert werden. Ein bildschön anzusehendes Design.
Die seitlichen Ringschienen sind wiederum ebenfalls mit Pavé Brillanten ausgefasst. Der Steinbesatz reicht dabei gut bis in die Mitte der Ringschiene hinein, die daran anschließend solide in Weißgold verläuft.
