Zunächst ist in die Mitte des runden Ringkopfs ein Brillant gesetzt, der wiederum von neun etwas kleineren Brillanten umrahmt wird. Die Steine sind unsichtbar gesetzt, das heißt: Aus der Entfernung betrachtet könnte man glauben, es würde sich um einen einzigen größeren Brillanten handeln.
Etwas tiefer gesetzt verläuft ein weiterer Weißgold-Kreis, der ebenfalls mit Brillanten ausgefasst ist.
Auch die doppelten Ringschienen sind beidseitig bis zur Mitte mit Brillanten ausgefasst und gehen nach unten hin in eine Schiene über.
