Zunächst besteht dieser Ohrschmuck aus kleineren Brillanten Ohrringen / Creolen, die auf der Vorderseite mit Brillanten ausgefasst sind. Geöffnet und geschlossen werden sie mithilfe eines Klapp/Einrast-Verschlusses.
An diese Ohrringe wurde dann wiederum ein einzelner, größerer Brillant (je 0.15 Karat, Durchmesser 3,4 mm) in Krappen angebracht. Der Clou: Der Brillant ist frei beweglich und „schwingt“ somit bei jeder Bewegung mit. Zugleich kann er sich jedoch nicht nach hinten oder deutlich zur Seite drehen - der Brillant blickt somit stets nach vorne.
Durch die Bewegung entsteht ein stetiges Funkeln, das überaus schmeichelt und dabei dennoch nicht zu aufdringlich ist.
