Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Gabriela Pyka, Ottobrunner Str. 29, 85640 Putzbrunn, Germany, info@schmucktraeume.com, Phone: 089 605187) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, which is, however, not mandatory.

You can also electronically fill out and submit your statement in accordance with the explanations and forms available via "My eBay" under "Buy / Purchase Overview" for the respective item. If you make use of this option, we will promptly (e.g., by email) send you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Different Return Cost Rule for Germany

We will bear the direct cost of returning the goods if the return is made within Germany.

Return Labels

Notwithstanding your statutory rights, free return labels will be provided for your return within Germany. When using these return labels, the return will be free of charge for you. The return label will be made available to you via your customer account. You can drop off the return at a parcel shop of the respective provider in Germany.
